Jon Koss
Director, Client Partnerships, HR Interim Solutions
Jon is the Director of Client Partnerships for Human Resources Interim Solutions. Jon has spent most of his career in HR, Communication, and Change Management roles at companies including Target, Sleep Number, and Slalom. He has vast HR experience, but is especially passionate about recruiting, leadership development, and employee engagement. Most recently, he was the first-in HR leader for two local consulting firms, where he built and established people processes all while hiring employees, developing leaders, and building brands. He lives for serving others and getting people connected to opportunities where they can thrive.
When he’s not in the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters (#girldad), doing CrossFit, trying to be a golfer, or hanging out for beers on a local patio.
