After founding and operating her own Banking Search firm, Mary joined Versique as Senior Practice Director for Banking. Mary valued the resources and additional functional search capabilities that Versique could provide for her clients, but most importantly, she was drawn to the Versique culture. Mary values long term relationships and found that Versique shares the same philosophy: Putting people first.
Mary’s prior banking experience, with roles in Credit, Treasury Management, Commercial Lending and Private Banking, gives her real-world insights into client needs and into candidate goals and aspirations.
Mary is on the Board of the Sisters of St Joseph Ministries Foundation, where she chairs the Finance Committee.
When not working, Mary enjoys cooking, skiing, and spending time at the lake with her husband and dogs.
