Our client is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant who is both results-oriented and analytical of business structures and can contribute to developing our client’s personnel. Successful OE Consultants will analyze business processes, assess employee performance, and advise management on the efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources. If you can demonstrate expertise as an OD/OE Consultant and an ability to objectively evaluate the allocation of resources and drive productivity and profitability, we want to get in touch.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Complete organizational assessments using a variety of proven methods to discover and solve complex organizational issues and contribute to new growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement organization strategies that support improved organizational design by understanding organizational structure
  • Manage the development of frameworks that support improved client organizational design and alignment
  • Collaborate with others to create new processes and to find creative and innovative business solutions
  • Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees and other key stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by being proactive, responsive and encouraging teamwork

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of OD/OE experience
  • Experience with working with small to mid-sized companies preferred
  • Experience with creating tool kits 
  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to organize projects, prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
