This Manufacturing leader oversees the Production, Inventory/Receiving, and Maintenance functions across all business units. They will manage his/her teams in a constructive, respectful manner, consistent with our corporate culture.
This role is responsible for establishing and managing the annual manufacturing and facilities maintenance budgets. In conjunction with the SVP, Operations, the VP, Manufacturing establishes short- and long-term capital plan investment strategies for manufacturing and facilities maintenance, ensures facilities, materials and equipment meet functional and regulatory requirements in support of manufacturing, and sets and manages key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the department and to ensure cost-effective delivery, meeting current and future customer demands. Ensures all personnel receive the necessary training to perform all job functions to meet all safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 10 + years’ experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Experience managing a large staff
