For the 3rd straight year, The Star Tribune named Versique Search and Consulting as a Top 175 Workplace in Minnesota for 2021. Our office is thrilled once again, especially as we experienced an unprecedented year of uncertainty while navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 175 Workplaces are based on employee survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Versique was the only executive search & consulting firm featured within the Top 175.
Produced by the same team that compiles the 30-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, the Top Workplaces ranking recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 76,000 employees at Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
