Julie is a Recruiter for the Demand Generation and Marketing Team. She graduated from Michigan State with a degree in Advertising and spent the first part of her career as a Project Manager, managing advertising campaigns in fast-paced global agency environments in New York and Chicago. Her strengths are looking at the big picture and seeing the pieces that need to come together to implement that strategic vision. Project Management developed her leadership and analytical problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent communication, negotiating, and team-building skills. She is thrilled to be using these same skills in recruiting and staffing now. She has 8 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, hiring for positions across a breadth of advertising and marketing practices, including digital marketing, marketing automation and demand generation, content strategy, brand marketing, creative, UX, campaign strategy and planning, research, and analytics. After 5 rewarding years as an internal corporate healthcare recruiter for a hospital, she is excited to come back to her first love in the marketing space.

Julie enjoys partnering with leaders to identify staffing needs and working with candidates to join these teams and build a company’s culture. It is still a giant puzzle, and nothing makes her happier than when the pieces come together to take someone’s career and a client’s team to the next level.

I love to travel, go to concerts, hang out with my husband and pets, volunteer with Pet Haven, and I am always down for brunch.

We took our honeymoon to Iceland, Stockholm, and Norway.  Amazing!
