The Division President plans and directs short and long-term activities of the company. The leader is responsible for all aspects of the company from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Research and Development, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, and Shipping of the customer orders.  Responsibility includes strategic planning to develop plans to ensure the company's growth, competitive position, lean principles, and meeting the expected profitability goals. This position is responsible for the overall success of the company.
